This workshop is designed for behavioral health clinicians who diagnose individuals with mental health and addiction disorders to review the major diagnostic changes in Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-Fifth Edition (DSM-5) and apply differential diagnostic practices with APA based case studies.
Presenter: Greg Emanuelson, PhD, PCC-S is currently the Outpatient Services Program Director for Crisis Intervention and Recovery Center and an active member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT). Dr Emanuelson will be using his almost 20 years of diagnostic and teaching/supervisory experience with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations from inpatient, outpatient, and residential treatment settings to supplement the presentation.

Important Note: Participants are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to bring a copy of the DSM-5 to the presentation for use with case studies. No DSM-5 diagnostic criteria will be distributed to participants due to copyrights held by the APA.
